Sod installation is only as good as the materials and prep work

We provide a turn key service - including delivery and installation of fresh cut sod
typically with a 900 sq ft min order - exceptions made in within 3 miles of the Heights TX 77008

Our services include

Ground preparation - from stripping and removing old dead grass and weeds
starts at 95 per 450 sq ft of area

Grading - working the existing soil to help slope the ground for proper flow of water
depending on the job its either included in the price or supplemental

Dirt work - we can do many facets of soil work from hand work to using a bobcat / box blade

Additional soil installation - enriched sandy loam topsoil stating at 85 per yard for materials and installation - we do not provide this as a stand alone service

Sod delivery and installation - For St Augustine lawns we start at 169 per pallet with a 2 pallet min for the sod grass and labor - travel may be an additional charge based on the project

Post installation water and roll - this step shouldnt be missed - it sets the sod in the new soil and give the grass a finished look
